SALES HOST/HOSTESS
Looking for a reliable person to serve as host or hostess and assist our professional sales counselor in the new model home. Candidate should be personable, dependable, good at interacting with people, high energy, and able to answer phones and take accurate messages. Prior receptionist, sales, or secretarial experience is a plus. Position would be part-time, working 2-5 days a week and pay is $7.00/hour with no benefits.

SUPERINTENDENT
Responsible for management of construction projects in the field. Oversees multiple home sites at one time in designated community. Ensures residential construction projects are completed on time, adhere to company’s quality control standards, & to home owner's satisfaction. Assists in setting project goals & deadlines, controlling costs, advising Purchasing, developing working relationship with subcontractors & local code enforcement officials & must possess knowledge of relevant building codes. Requires: Experience in the field or related industry. Familiar with variety of building concepts, practices, & procedures. Salary is based on experience & education, paid health & life insurance, monthly gas & cell phone allowance, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays & 401K, dental available as option.

SALES COUNSELOR
A sales counselor should possess average numeric reasoning and higher than average verbal skills. The person should be enterprising, creative, and enjoy working with people. High energy, a capacity for a fast pace, assertive, positive attitude, team player and have the ability to think clearly and be objective in decision-making is desirable. The person should be a self-starter, responsible and reliable. They would have to be relied on to work without direct supervision. Previous sales experience is a plus, however, it is not required as we provide training. A college degree is an asset.
Our model homes are open seven days a week, so working weekends is required. The sales counselors get two days off a week between Tuesday and Friday. A salary is provided until training is complete and then a commission plan is put in place. Company benefits include paid health & life insurance, 401k plan, dental available as option
